		<description>Thanks for the comment Paula, I can wear the ear loop as an alternative. But in my office we have several Plantronics ear pieces and the common complain about the ear loop is it tend to break. It is not the most durable piece of plastic and if we have had several snap when the user put them on.

That was actually one of the reasons I went with the Jabra unit, it does not have a ear loop or need one.</description>
