A couple of weeks ago Heather won a Kodak Easyshare C433 at an event that she attended. She was extremely excited about winning this since historically she tends to win more swag type things, shirts hats etc.
When she brought it home she had to presented it to me and asked me what I thought of it and if she should put it on E-bay. I historically put things I win on E-bay, about 5 Apple Ipod’s over the last year or so. I quickly looked it up and saw it about a $100.00 camera and figured it was not worth posting. Especially since she had already opened and was playing with it and she did not have a camera. Even though I am now carrying it in my notebook bag since I have been looking for an inexpensive camera to use for work.

After using it a bit and Heather took it to a conference last week I must admit I am impressed with this little camera. The Kodak Easyshare C433 is a 4 Megabyte pixel camera and it has a 3X optical zoom on it and it is extremely easy to use. I put my Kingston 1 GB 50X Secure Digital (SD) flash card in it and which lets you take over nine hundred picture. I got a Kingston 2 Gigabyte Ultimate card for my Canon S2 IS digital camera.
Another nice feature about the C433 is that is has the ability to record video, which is a feature that I often use with my Canon S2. The only thing that I do not like about the Kodak Easyshare C433 is that the construction is all plastic so it feels cheap, which it is.
The C433 take pretty nice pictures not as nice as by Canon S2 but good enough for most people. Also the Kodak C433 is a much small camera and will fit in your pocket, where my S2 requires a carrying bag.
So all in call if you are looking for an inexpensive point and shoot camera I would recommend the Kodak Easyshare C433. Despite trying to find something wrong with it I really can not considering the price of the camera and ease of use.
Here is a couple of shots from the camera.
