Heather asked me to post this video on my blog so that she could easily get it to a couple of people. I reall think this review is one of truest reviews on Guitar Hero III, at least that I have seen. I have played Guitar Hero III on the both the Wii and Xbox 360 and I think it is pretty fun game. However, while I think it is a fun game I don’t feel the need to worship it like the second coming like so many other people are.
I tried to get Guitar Hero III for Heather for our Wii for Christmas only to find out it had been recalled due to a bug that made it so that the sound was only mono rather than stereo. When I see it I will probably pick it up since it is a pretty good party game, but I am not going to camp my local Futureshop waiting for the next shipment to arrive. I would not really do that for any game but I especially would not do it for Guitar Hero III.
I suspect that after I get it I will play it for maybe a week before I either hit a brick wall or get fed up and stop playing or I just get bored of it. I have zero musical or artistic ability so I suspect it would not take me long to get to hit a brick wall long before hitting expert. Unfortunately I don’t have trained spider so I have zero chance of ever completing this game.
