Agreed, they are TERRIBLE, we will never shop there again. We returned some items that we received as gifts and have purchased as gifts over time, without a receipt. They took them and gave us their lowest price, which was accepted by us. Later, they decided they didn't like the return as they hadn't been sold at their store in the last 2 months. They then CLEARED the card, zero'd it out, and never contacted us! When we contacted them after attempting to spend them, they were very rude and accused us not buying them there and said that it was 'fraud' to do that! WOW, we returned items where we were uncertain of all of their original origins, and they kept our returns and cleared out our card, and told us we had to pay back what we had spent? Pardon me? We never once indicated that we purchased them there, we were not asked, we just returned without a receipt. As far as I am aware, there is nothing in the policy about returning without a receipt that says 'you have to have bought the item from this store'. I've never been treated sooo poorly in my life. NEVER, EVER return things from there, they can zero out your card without any proof. All the way to the regional manager, they were ignorant and so rude! I hate Toys R Us...

I have a 09 S with 10K and I find the fuel economy to be average. I get about 550Km in mixed driving, but even when I did road trips on the highway, I got about 600Km. It wasn't fantastic, I was quite disappointed compared to what I was expecting.

My other complaint is the CVT transmission at low revs; it vibrates. I've recently received a noticed on CVT making noises, so I don't have that problem.

Oh well

Agreed, Toy r Us and Babies R Us are terrible.

Joanne, manager of the Oakville store was a super bitch when my wife wanted to return a jumper in exchange for another. Sent a e-mail to the head office but it's fallen on deaf ears. Ended up returning the jumper at another store.

We will never shop there again.

Sears or other department stores are a much safer bet.

I have an 09 SL AWD with 28k. I am having problems with the door locks. I have been locked out of my car twice already. Its been back for 3 recalls this week, CVT noise, steering assembly and this door issue. I haven't been notified by Nissan Canada yet however of these recalls. The dealer can't be sure if my door lock issue won't return. This car has been an absolute dissapointment. I had 3 toyotas with no issue. This is my first and last nissan.

I have 4000 clicks on a 2010. First tank was mainly highway and I only got about 600 k out of it. However did the same roadtrip when it had about 2500 k on it and got close to 700 k, no real difference in the driving conditions or my style that I am aware of. So yes, I think it does improve after a few clicks. Blind spot is troublesome, but just getting used to using mirrors more (used to driving a civic where you are right out there). Otherwise the Rogue has been great.

I am not getting anywhere near the 650KM on a tank of gas, let alone the 800km, even on highway driving.

Nissan states that I need to drive it longer. Did you get this fuel econony starting on day 1?

Hi,

I wonder if this device act as a real bridge, or as a router ? Do you get an IP adress delivered by the DHCP of your router (on the same subnet), or does the WET54G has its own subnet and DHCP, and act as a router between its subnet, and the gateway ?

I feel for this story. I work for Best Buy and I have customers complaining about this policy all the time. It is sad that most people dont bother reading the returning requirements, computer requirements, or even asking. This policy is indeed because of copyright infringement and copyright laws - although the law does not state it is illegal to return opened software, it is legal to deny returning opened software because of the likelihood of it being burned. it is copyright protection and at every company's discretion wether to return them or not - all in the copyright law. places like walmart return opened software because they have not taken the copyright law into their policy and can successfully return it with no problem.

I have a 2004 Mazda 3 Sedan as well and I had to have the transmission replaced at 35,000 miles luckliy under warranty at the time, now i'm at 67,000 miles and it needs to be replaced again. Of course it's nit under warranty anymore by 5 months and Mazda wo't do a thing becasue I don't have a good "Dealer relationship". Bascially I had my oil chagnes done at a azda dealership instead of a local place I use then I would have maybe be able to ge tsome out of warranty assistance!

I don't understand why you bought Mazda's with girley automatic transmissions. Why not just buy one with a 5 speed manual transmission and enjoy true hassle free sportscar performance? Automatics are for soccer moms who put on their makeup and drive at the same time. Performance drivers drive cars with a clutch pedal.
